You have the right to a copy of every piece of data we hold about you. This is required by GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and we extend it to all users worldwide.
What's Included
- Your full profile (name, addresses, phone, email, DOB)
- Every scan we ever ran for you and the result
- Every removal request we sent and the response from the broker
- Your billing history (no card numbers — Stripe holds those)
- Your 2FA setup metadata (not the secret itself)
- Every login event (timestamp, IP region, user agent)
How To Request
[Settings → Privacy → Export My Data]. The export is a single zip file containing JSON and CSV files. We email a download link when it is ready (usually within 30 minutes). The link is valid for 7 days.
Coming Soon
The self-serve export endpoint is in development. For now, email support@dedatalabs.org from your account email with the subject "Data Export Request". We will manually build the export and send it within 30 days, as required by law. Most requests are fulfilled within 5 business days.
What's Not Included
- Internal logs that don't reference you personally
- Aggregated analytics
- Stripe records — request those directly from Stripe
