How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Cancel any time. Your data stays safe; we just stop charging you.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Manage Billing. This opens your Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. Click Cancel Plan. Confirm.

You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your tier flips back to Free. Your scan history, removal records, and exposure report are preserved — they don't get wiped on cancellation.

What Happens To In-Flight Removals?

We pause new removal dispatches as soon as the period ends. Removals that were already submitted and are awaiting broker confirmation will still get verified — those don't cost us anything new to follow through on.

Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of a fresh annual purchase, we refund the full amount. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the partial period (Stripe convention) but you'll get the rest of the period you paid for. For edge cases, use the in-app Refund Request form on the Settings page.

"Pause" Instead Of Cancel

We don't have a formal pause yet — that's a Wave 2 feature. If you'd rather pause for a month, downgrade to Free, then re-upgrade later. We remember you (look for "Reactivate Subscription" instead of "Upgrade").
