Reactivate Your Subscription

Cancelled? Payment failed? You can come back any time.

Where To Reactivate

  • Dashboard banner — If your subscription is in a grace period or recently lapsed, a yellow banner shows up at the top of the dashboard with a Reactivate button.
  • [Settings → Billing] — Always works. Click Reactivate Subscription and pick a tier.

What Is Preserved

  • Your full broker scan history
  • Every removal request we ever sent on your behalf
  • Your PII vault entries (name, addresses, phone numbers)
  • Your 2FA setup

What Stops While Cancelled

  • New scans are paused
  • Re-scans are paused
  • Removal jobs in flight finish, then no new ones start

If your account has been cancelled for more than 90 days, your PII may have been purged. In that case you will need to re-enter your profile when you come back.
