We remove your personal data from 200+ data broker sites. Continuously. Without selling your information back to anyone.
A Privacy Company. Built To Stay One.
We started DeData because individual opt-outs are broken. The same brokers that profit from your data should not be the ones in charge of removing it.
Your Life Is For Sale. You Were Never Asked.
Data brokers like Spokeo, Whitepages, and BeenVerified collect, package, and sell your home address, phone number, age, relatives, and more. They don’t ask. You can’t opt out individually without spending hours on each site.
Different In The Ways That Matter.
We're a privacy company, not a marketing company.
A public Transparency Report — per-broker success rates, methodology, and right-of-reply.
Plain pricing. No upsells. No "add-ons" at checkout.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it. We delete what we don't need.
How We Protect Your Information.
Plain English. No marketing fluff. Here is exactly what we do.
AES-256-GCM Encryption At Rest
All personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with authenticated encryption.
PII Vault Isolation
PII lives in a separate, isolated vault — not in the application database. Application code accesses it only through a narrow, audit-logged interface.
No Third-Party Analytics On PII Pages
Pages that handle your name, address, or removal records do not load third-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay scripts.
All Access Audit-Logged
Every read and write of your PII is logged with actor, timestamp, and reason. Logs are append-only and reviewed.
Stripe Handles Payments
We never see, store, or transmit your card number. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Where We Stand. Legally.
DeData is a privately-held US-based privacy-as-a-service business. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), accept data subject requests under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and operate as an authorized agent under state privacy laws including VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), TDPSA (Texas), and FDBR (Florida). Our full legal entity name and registered address are listed in our Privacy Policy.
The privacy economy is broken. We're fixing one slice of it.

I built DeData because individual opt-outs are designed to fail. You fill out a form, the broker relists you a month later, you start over. The whole industry runs on the friction. DeData does the work for you, on a schedule, publicly tracked.
Every adult in the US has roughly 400 data-broker profiles built from their public records, court filings, and the digital exhaust of every account they've ever signed up for. The brokers sell that data — to ad networks, to people who've been ordered to stay 500 feet away, to a $5 background-check tool. Most people never know.
US privacy law gives every consumer the right to demand removal. In practice, the process is intentionally hostile — hidden opt-out forms, mailed notarized affidavits, brokers who relist a month later. That's not an accident. That's the business model.
DeData exists to do that work for you, in bulk, on a schedule, with a public Transparency Report so you can see exactly which brokers cooperate and which fight us. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone the law doesn't require us to. The receipts are on this site.
